Hot melt gun
|
| |
An inexpensive, portable, hand operated hot melt gun which operates from a standard 13 amp point and weighs only 1.2 kilos. Using the HMG, the necessary back filling to complete the seal over the gas plug in a hot melt-sealed unit can take place at the gas filling station, rather than return the unit to the sealant dispenser. The gun is filled from the dispenser and its thermostatic control maintains the correct application temperature.

Sleeves and plugs

Silicone plugs for filling hot melt units are also available from Inagas. Corner keys for conventional filling can be supplied, but are also widely available from all usual distributors.

Labels

The final touch. Reels of self-adhesive labels carrying the re-assuring message that the unit has been filled by an Inagas machine. Available to all Inagas machine users, the labels peel cleanly, leaving no adhesive residue.
