Inagas introduces the Sparklike Laser Portable 2.1

As the official distributor for Sparklike products in the UK and Ireland, it will come as no surprise that Inagas, the industry leaders for manual gas filling and testing equipment for IGU manufacturers, is bringing the very latest Sparklike Laser Portable 2.1, to the market.
Following a recent trip to Sparklike head offices in Finland, Chris Kemp, Sales Director at Inagas explains: “It was great to spend time at Sparklike recently, to meet with the other European Distributors and discuss the challenges faced across the different territories, the varying standards of gas filling, as well as our strategies for market development going forward. Whilst there, I was able to see the devices in production, the robust calibration routines and also get the latest information regarding the Laser Integrated; the on-line automated version for IG lines fitted with gas presses, which enables every IG produced to be measured.
“Inagas is delighted to have recently taken delivery of the Sparklike Laser Portable 2.1. This latest version of the Sparklike Laser is smaller and more portable than its predecessor, but with a larger, 12 inch screen. It comes with a bar code reader and a massive six hours cordless operation time once fully charged, which is double the capability of the 2.0. Like all versions of the Sparklike Laser, it is able to provide accurate measurements through laminated and coated glass as well as triple glazing, up to a total IG thickness of 51mm - from surface one to three in double glazing and one to five in triple - which will prove invaluable for those fabricating units heading into new build, given the upcoming legislative changes later this year.
